THE GRANDE PROJECT

A new build that had plans for a simple, white kitchen, transformed into a functional, character-rich, kitchen and dining space this family can grow into for years to come. One of the biggest priorities aside from function, was paying close attention to the added details and character to the overall design so nothing felt flat, or boring; something that can be tricky with a more modern design. Going with warmer countertops, adding the countersplash and the brass hardware with backplates become central to those details. In the dining space, mixing materials in the chairs, table, bench, and especially the leather wrapped linear dining light gave this space an elevated more sophisticated dining room that was still family friendly.
