Design has always been apart of my life. From a child watching my Dad design and build our childhood home, from redesigning my room every other month, falling in love with European architecture when we traveled abroad, or to the materials and textures of fabrics in my home and around me, I have always been drawn to the elements of design.

Over the last decade, I’ve had the pleasure to be apart of many creative projects and bring an idea to life through design. The process of imagining what a space could be, to hearing about how my client’s want it to function and feel like, is where the magic begins. The dance between function, feel, and beauty is where everything comes to life. Shadi Interior Design prides its self on bringing personalization and character to every space in its own unique way. Every individual has their own story, and so will your home.

DESIGN PROCESS

From our first meeting, we’ll discuss the process, and your hopes and dreams for the space in great detail. After some information gathering, the process is pretty straightforward. There will be a questionnaire sent to you to complete and a proposal with options based on your needs and levels of service desired. After really getting to know your likes and dislikes as well as your needs, the design will be created and a presentation given with options. Every detail will be presented for you to go over including items like hardware, fabrics, stones, wallpapers, etc. If desired showroom visits can be included. From there floorpans and elevations are created when needed, and the process of procurement begins. I help coordinate with a contractor on side for remodels when necessary and maintain an active role in the process ensuring nothing goes unchecked and the vision is executed exactly as we planned, so you get to live in a space you love, without any of the stress.
